Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of geteverydayprompts.com and any purchase you make from Everyday Prompts. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to them.

1. Our products
Everyday Prompts sells digital AI prompt packs delivered as PDF downloads. No physical item is shipped. Your download link is provided right after checkout and by email.

2. Your license
When you buy a pack, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own personal or business work. You may use the results you create with the prompts however you like. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or publish the PDF files or the prompts themselves, in whole or in part, or include them in another product for sale.

3. Results from AI tools
Our prompts are designed to help you get better results from AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot. We don't control those tools, and their answers can vary or contain mistakes. Please review anything an AI tool produces before you rely on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions. Our products are not professional advice.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order made in error or at an incorrect price.

5. Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the situations where we'll fix a problem with your order.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the prompt packs, text, and images, belongs to Everyday Prompts and is protected by copyright.

7. Limitation of liability
Our products and site are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Everyday Prompts is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one. Questions? Reach us through our Contact page: https://geteverydayprompts.com/pages/contact
